Intermittent-motion vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine for high-speed bag production. Speeds up to 100 cycles per minute; available models handle widths up to 9.5” (250 mm) or 13” (350 mm). Features servo-controlled foil and jaw motion, PID heater control, automatic film centering and unwinding, AC motor-controlled dancer, removable forming tube and 10” color touchscreen with recipe memory and remote alarm history. Integrates with any filling system; optional photo registration, printer and gusset options.
