Compact 3-in-1 solution integrating robotic pick-and-place, case erecting and case packing. Products arrive randomly on an in-feed belt; vision system scans and identifies; flat case is pulled from magazine, erected and bottom sealed; delta robot places products in a configured pattern; case is sealed and exits. Features an OMRON PLC with touchscreen, 4-axis OMRON Delta robot and intuitive vision system. Pick capacity up to 10 lbs; up to 40 picks per minute and 10 cases per minute. Compact footprint with complete safety guarding and sensors; easily integrates into primary packaging systems.
