RotoBagger Duplex

Fastest rotary pre-made pouch machine on the market; custom-designed dual-lane system processes two pouches simultaneously. Packages 70–90 bags per minute with lanes handling bags up to 190 mm wide. Features a horizontal bag magazine for easy loading and automatic servo changeover for varying bag widths. Includes a bag shaker for leveling, inkjet printer for lot codes and best-before dates. Optional gas flush, tamping station, product plunger and automatic zipper opening device. Wash-down version available; requires 220 V three phase power and 90–120 PSI air.
