A Stronger Presence, Built with Purpose

This year, LeafyPack established a dedicated robotics-focused location in Tampa in collaboration with our packaging partner, PLAN IT Packaging. Chosen for its strategic location and dynamic business environment, Tampa enables us to better support customers across the United States while expanding our hands-on capabilities.

More than an address on the map, this location represents our commitment to being closer to our customers and delivering solutions with greater speed, precision, and support.

Advancing Automation with Robotics

In 2025, LeafyPack made significant strides in robotics-driven automation, introducing solutions designed to replace manual, labor-intensive processes with intelligent, scalable systems.

New introductions included:

• Cobot Palletizer – Precision stacking of finished cases to reduce repetitive strain and improve consistency

• RoboPacker – A compact, multi-function system combining case erecting, vision inspection, and pick-and-place robotics

• SPYDER Pick-and-Place Robot – Our first joint robot capable of detecting, classifying, and autonomously placing products into final packaging formats

Built using proven technologies from global leaders such as ABB, Omron, and Siemens, these systems are designed to deliver accuracy, repeatability, and operational efficiency where it matters most.

A New Chapter in Precision Depositing

2025 also marked the introduction of LeafyPack’s Confectionery Solutions Line, expanding our automation expertise into precision depositing applications.

The new Tabletop Depositor is a compact, high-precision system ideal for test kitchens, R&D environments, and small-to-medium production runs. With servo-driven accuracy and output exceeding 10,000 pieces per hour, it offers fast changeovers, tool-less operation, and compatibility with multiple mold types.

Complementing this is the second generation Mini Depositor Kit with Cooker, a modular all-in-one system combining cooking and depositing in a single compact footprint. Designed for low-output production, it simplifies small-batch processing while maintaining professional-grade consistency through integrated servo control and an intuitive HMI interface.

Together, these solutions open new possibilities for brands seeking accuracy, flexibility, and scalability in deposited product production.

Conversations That Moved the Industry Forward

Across 2025, LeafyPack connected with more than 10,000 professionals across the global packaging industry through major international trade shows and events, showcasing innovation while strengthening relationships across the confectionery and bakery sectors.

Key highlights included:

• Demonstrating next-generation automation solutions, from weighing and filling to wrapping and end-of-line systems

• Showcasing advanced robotics and precision depositing technologies designed for accuracy, flexibility, and scale

• Engaging with global industry leaders and partners to exchange ideas and explore emerging technologies

• Strengthening long-term partnerships through hands-on demonstrations and collaborative discussions

Proven Through Partnership

Our progress in 2025 was shaped by close collaboration with customers and partners, translating real operational challenges into successful, high-performing solutions.

This included a high-speed gummy packaging line operating at up to 500 pieces per minute, combining MarsRapid VFFS machines with 24H EliteWeigh multi-head weighers to deliver consistent, scalable performance.

We also supported customers with unique facility constraints through customized solutions such as the LoPro EcoBagger, engineered to perform within limited vertical space without sacrificing efficiency.

Beyond individual installations, we continued to spotlight real automation journeys through our Anti Hand Packing Club series. Featuring customers operating multiple LeafyPack systems, the series highlights how teams have transitioned from manual workflows to integrated automation unlocking higher output, reduced labor dependency, and consistent results as they scale across multiple locations.
